Designed around the pillars of truth, life, gospel, and service, the Full-Time Training in Malaysia (FTTMY) helps Christians to be constituted with the truths of the Bible, grow in the divine life, develop their spiritual capacities, and cultivate a proper character, all for the building up of the Body of Christ. With these principles in hand, the environment is at once shining with light and rich with the flow of the Spirit.

However, through the years, some may have picked up a wrong impression of the training—that is only for spiritual giants and that others "need not apply." In actuality, the training is for those who love the Lord and want to know Him more. Daily life here is not unimaginably spectacular; it is normal. And the trainees are not spiritual heroes; they are real people with real needs facing typical, human concerns. Yet despite the outward circumstances and inward conditions, one undeniable realization always rings true: God is here. If you are here, you gain more God. You become real, you love Him more than ever before, you learn to treasure the Body, and in the midst of all the things around you, your God becomes to you the God of joy.
